Official Bolivar County Record Routes
Circuit, County, and Youth Court records are held through the Bolivar County Circuit Clerk. Use the district printed on the notice. Cleveland is the Second Judicial District; Rosedale is the First Judicial District. Chancery holds a separate route for divorce, estates, land, delinquent taxes, and related records. A city citation belongs with the issuing municipal court, and a Justice Court matter belongs with that clerk.
- Circuit, County, or Youth docket: Circuit Clerk or MEC/PAMEC.
- Chancery divorce, estate, or land record: Chancery Clerk and the correct Cleveland or Rosedale index.
- Current court date: notice, docket entry, then the issuing court or clerk.
- Municipal traffic or ordinance matter: issuing city court, not automatically the Circuit Clerk.
- Federal case: PACER or the Northern District of Mississippi Clerk’s Office.
